Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Mounting Instruction and Replacing Lens

We expect you'll love our masks.  Thousands do.  We are not perfect and keep trying.  We believe we have a mask for everyone.   If you have an issue we'll work to solve your concern.  If you scratch it up well that's not fully replaceable.  It's a lens and hockey is a tough game.  You will have better visual acuity than any wire cage.  You get the point.

What’s your
return policy?

You may return any of our products with in the first 15-days of purchase but please, we want to know why.

We rely on our customers to help us with design, fit and functionality.

The replaceable lens on all our masks are scratch resistant, not scratch proof and have the worlds best anti-fog coating.

If you damage the mask or lens stop wearing it immediately and contact us.  If you're hit during a game check immediately to see if there is any damage.
